Returning Merchandise Our Police
After purchasing items from AmstelMontereey Online you have 3 Days from shipment received date to return the item for a full cash refund,
Method to return Items:
1. Email us and inform us of product return, list date of purchase,date item was received,and reason for return,include product name and SKU number.
2. Mail item back to us use usps 1st class mail,Item must be returned with package and tag in place,including all accessory's such as pantys and stocking
if applicable,
3.After we receive product back from you, and find the return claim valid,we will refund in full no problem.
Reasons for denial of refund claim.
1. item not returned with packaging or product tags.
2.Item shows any sing of soiling or prolonged wear.
3.Any damage of any kind to the item,such as tearing, burns,stains,stretching,ect, manufacturers defect are a valid return reason,
4.Item must be returned with in 30 days of purchase ! no exceptions !
